Job Title: RN Medical/Surgical Profession: RN Specialty: Medical/Surgical Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Shift Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum Years of Experience: Required License: Active RN License Certifications: BLS Must-Have: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Medical/Surgical setting - Current BLS certification Description: Post-Surgical Unit with 22 beds. Patient ratio of 1:4-5. Responsible for providing quality nursing care to post-surgical patients. Assure compliance with care standards and protocols. Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals. Monitor patients' vital signs and condition. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Educate patients and families regarding post-surgical care. Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
