Registered Nurses are responsible for the assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized patient care delivery. The Registered Nurse providers clinical leadership to the patient care team for the assigned shift. Responsibilities Provides leadership and supervision to health care team during assigned shift. Coordinates bed and patient care assignments during shift and in preparation for the next shift to ensure consistency in care delivery Knowledge - In collaboration with Leader/Director, actively pursues required knowledge and skills through orientation activities specific to the unit, unit based in-service programs, reading current literature and seeking new clinical learning opportunities.
