Registered Nurse Emergency Room

This position is for a registered nurse specializing in the emergency department. The nurse will work a night shift, three 12-hour shifts per week. The nurse will be responsible for managing patient care in a fast-paced environment. Ratios will be 1:3 for all shifts. The unit provides care for a variety of patient age groups, including neonates, adolescents, infants, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics. The daily census is approximately 40 patients. The unit is supported by interdisciplinary services including respiratory services, phlebotomy, radiology, pharmacy, and unit secretary. Familiarity with EPIC charting system is preferred. Candidates must be willing to float to other areas of the facility as needed. RTO requests are limited to a maximum of 7 days.
