- Provide comprehensive emergency nursing care in a fast-paced Emergency Department
- Work in the trauma room as the bedside Trauma RN
- Manage patient ratios up to 1:5
- Perform advanced critical care interventions including medication titrations, arterial line management, chest tube care, and mass blood transfusion
- Provide care to a diverse patient population including urgent care, psychiatric, pediatric, critical care, and trauma patients
- Coordinate and deliver care to patients with complex nursing needs
- Ensure patient safety, quality of care, and a positive patient experience
