**Part-Time Triage RN Community Hospice**

The Community Hospice has a wonderful opportunity for an RN to work as part of our Hospice Care Team triaging symptom management calls for patients and families.

**24 hours per week- shifts-days and evenings**

This is a remote position * *** but must have an employee who lives locally for training and in the event that working in the office is needed.****
