**Job Summary and Qualifications**
**GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES:**
**Manages one or more clinical and administrative functions related to the operations and quality of the clinic or practice. Serves in a leadership role within the practice. Typically functions within a Level 4 (net revenue of $7M-$14M) or Level 5 Practice (net revenue exceeding $14M).**
**SUPERVISOR: DAVP or DPS (per Division structure) DUTIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:**
**• May have direct patient care duties.**
**• Helps establish/implement goals, objectives, policies, procedures and systems for the assigned clinical areas.**
