**Role Summary**

**The RN Care Manager (RN-CM) Preceptor serves as a clinical educator, mentor, and subject matter expert for the RN Care Manager program. This role is responsible for onboarding and training newly hired RN-CMs, validating clinical competencies, supporting workflow adoption, and promoting best practices across the care management team.
