Job Summary

Under the direction of the Director of the Appointment Business Center (ABC), the Registered Nurse (RN) will improve patient outcomes and promote wellness by navigating and performing the following duties: nurse triage, insurance prior authorizations of clinic in‑office procedures, patient appointment scheduling, referral management of internal and external patient referrals, and completing post‑discharge follow‑up calls for specified patient populations.
