Oceana Massage is a women-owned, wellness-focused clinic in downtown Vancouver dedicated to thoughtful, client-centered care. We welcome RMTs — including new grads — looking to build their practice in a supportive, professionally run environment.
We handle all the marketing so you can focus on delivering great treatment and growing with your clients.
About You
You’re warm, grounded, and passionate about patient care. You value teamwork, communicate well, and are motivated to grow — including expanding into new modalities over time.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver tailored massage therapy, conduct client assessments, develop treatment plans, maintain JaneApp records, and uphold a clean, welcoming space.
Compensation & Benefits
Guaranteed minimum $.50/hr (70/30 contractor split)
Bonus earning potential with Hot Stone or Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage
