Job Summary

A Trail crew member is part of a team responsible for constructing and maintaining biking trails. Trail crew assists in running day-to-day operations, lift evacuations and search & rescue operations under the supervision of the Trail crew Supervisor, Mountain Safety Supervisor and the Slopes Manager.

This is a seasonal position

Essential Job Functions

• Monitor and maintain the safe conditions of runs/trails.
• Work safely around heavy machinery.
• Help transport injured guests/staff from the mountain to the patient transfer station.
• Recognize causes of risk, sets up and maintains signage, fencing and boundary markers to minimize hazards.
• Follow established working procedures and ensure safe working conditions for himself/herself and the mountain safety staff.
