Utility Supervisor - R&M (Repair & Maintenance)
Location: Lincoln (Anglian Water Region)
£300-£350 a day
The Role
As Utility Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing field‑based teams, ensuring all work is delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. You will play a key role in coordinating day‑to‑day operations, maintaining client relationships, and driving performance across your gangs.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage R&M gangs on the Anglian Water contract
- Ensure all works are carried out in line with health, safety, and environmental standards
- Plan and coordinate workloads to meet client targets and KPIs
- Provide leadership, support, and guidance to operatives on site
- Carry out site audits, toolbox talks, and performance reviews
