RLC VRF Sales Manager

**Key Responsibilities:**

As a Sales Manager, RLC/VRF, you'll be responsible for:

+ Plans, execute, and manages residential, light commercial & VRF projects
+ To coordinate with operation team, credit & finance team to ensure timely delivery in meeting forecast plan
+ To provide system comparison, analyze and fill in products & technical information
+ Able to provide alternative solutions to suit customer's need/requirement
+ Be proactive in entire sales cycle, from identifying pipeline, specs in, offering to customers to delivery execution and T&C
+ Adapted quickly to unexpected site changes or obstacles encountered during project execution
+ Collaborate with management team to develop strategic plans for business growth.
+ Develop project delivery forecast & mid-term sales & order plans
