- Assist in evaluating risk and price SME new business and renewals by working with relevant salespeople and account managers.
- Learn to assess claims history medical disclosures or other relevant data to make informed decisions.
- Prepare Table of Benefits and inception documents for renewals and new business inceptions.
- Learn market dynamics; understanding the competition the environment and clients needs.
- Support in ensuring UW guidelines meet compliance requirements from a pricing and benefit point of view.
- Participate in problem solving activities to define problems identify root causes suggest solutions for continuous improvements of processes and procedures to work more efficiently and effectively.
- Utilize and adhere to internal guidelines and procedures to ensure that all assigned work is processed in timely manner and meet compliant standards.
