Role Overview- Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for a long‑term application maintenance and support engagement, ensuring the availability, stability, performance, and integrity of critical production and non‑production environments.
- Require strong hands‑on experience in the Microsoft technology stack, system integration, database support, incident/problem management, and production support operations. Must work onsite at the client’s office (9 am‑6 pm) and be available for onsite support during major events as needed.
- Deliver end‑to‑end application maintenance services, including incident investigation, resolution management, and bug fixes, across a broad range of technologies such as .NET, Kafka, Oracle, OSB, SignalR, and Redis.
