Risk and Safety Manager (Western Mediterranean) (Palma)

Risk & Safety Manager

Reporting to the Regional Risk & Safety Manager, you will support the company in delivering industry‑leading risk and safety standards for customers staying within our overseas resorts.

Responsibilities

• Act as a champion of customer safety for Jet2holidays.
• Manage own workload and the regional portfolio of hotels and accommodation.
• Support hoteliers and other suppliers in addressing risk & safety concerns identified during inspection processes and follow any incidents or illnesses to conclusion.
• Work closely with Contracting, Legal/Claims, Resorts (Overseas Operations), Accommodation (Hotels, Villas & City locations), Transport and Excursion providers.
