We are looking for a motivated housing specialist with experience in allocations, lettings or housing management to help the organisation work towards its goals around rightsizing. The successful postholder will work with residents who are under occupying or overcrowding to help people to transition to homes of the right size for their household. This is an essential role in terms of making best use of Council stock, it involves co‑ordinated activity directly with residents, leveraging swap opportunities, working alongside Housing Associations to access external officers and leader on use of homeswapper and other opportunities to release larger family homes.
