RGM Data & Growth Strategy Lead

British American Tobacco Mexico has an exciting opportunity for a RGM Data & Strategy Executive in Heredia, Costa Rica. The role emphasizes data analysis, reporting, and strategic insights to support growth across brands and channels.

You will work with cross-functional teams to build dashboards (MicroStrategy, Power BI) and analyze large datasets to guide pricing, promotions and new launches. English fluency is required for US market-facing work.
