Broadcom WSD (Wireless Semiconductor Division) is looking for an experienced RF Device Modeling Engineer to join our team. As an RF Device Modeling Engineer, you will be part of a team that characterizes various RF devices and develops models and simulation methodologies for accurate RF circuit simulation. The candidate will be responsible for accurate RF device modeling of power amplifiers, SOI RF switches, and low noise amplifiers used in RF frontend modules.
