RevOps Analyst - MS Excel & Salesforce

ibex, on behalf of its global client, is hiring. We are looking for a RevOps Analyst (Night Shift) to support our sales team across the full deal lifecycle — from deal registration with suppliers and TSDs through opportunity management in Salesforce, reporting, and commission reconciliation . You will serve as the operational backbone of our revenue team , keeping data accurate, sales aligned, and processes moving .

Key Responsibilities

Deal Registration & Opportunity Management

• Manage deal registration with suppliers and TSDs on behalf of the sales team, ensuring registrations are submitted accurately and on time .
• Create and maintain opportunity records in Salesforce , ensuring all required fields are complete and stages reflect current deal status .
• Stay in regular contact with sellers to keep opportunities current — following up on
