DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Drawing and Documentation: 

· Interpret sales paperwork and sales variations, translating them into accurate and comprehensive drawings. 

· Produce tender plans, including site, floor, and external elevations.

· Generate full sets of contract plans.

· Draw variations and prepare lodgment documentation.

· Create detailed construction plans that align with contract and post contract variation documentation and comply with relevant variation policy.
