Revenues Apprentice – Manchester City Council
Working hours: 35 hours per week.
Contract type: Permanent.
Working style: Hybrid – employees split their time between working remotely and on‑site.
The Council Tax Service in Manchester collects over £234 m annually to support public services. As a Revenues Apprentice you will contribute toward delivering high collection rates and excellent customer service while gaining accredited on‑the‑job training from the Institute of Revenues, Ratings and Valuations (IRRV). The role includes a 24‑month level 4 apprenticeship; successful completion of at least four units will see an annual salary increase to £29 064.
