Revenue Vehicle Performance Analyst

The Revenue Vehicle Performance Analyst provides operational, analytical, and administrative support to the Revenue Vehicle Manager, enabling the effective delivery of CTSM's Reliability, Availability, and Maintainability (RAMs) programme and FRACAS process for the Eglinton Crosstown LRT fleet. This role sits between strategic programme oversight and field-level maintenance execution, serving as the primary point of coordination for data management, performance tracking, corrective action administration, and stakeholder communication on revenue vehicle matters.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Compile and maintain RAMs performance data including availability metrics, MTBF, MTTR, and maintainability ratios, sourced from the maintenance management system and field reporting.
