In this position you will…
Be one of the owners and key builders shaping CRM usage, revenue and pipeline insights, and technology adoption across the APAC organization. You will oversee regional sales team’s on CRM best practices & management, maintain the sales systems SOP’s, and provide country-level visibility on sales process and pipeline health.
You will be responsible for…
1. Salesforce Administration & Enhancement
- Support the Enablement lead in CRM oversight, management, and user training.
- Own the scoping, build, and development of new features (objects, flows, validations, etc.).
- Identify and deploy new tools to streamline the sales process and reduce administrative burden.
2. Data, Analytics & Revenue Intelligence
- Serve as the first point of contact for all sales data, CRM, and reporting requests.
