Revenue-Driven Telemarketing & Sales Agent

Carro is seeking a performance-driven Telemarketing Agent to join our Singapore team. You will drive revenue and customer engagement through inbound/outbound calls, lead qualification, and appointment setting while maintaining high service standards and compliance.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in telemarketing or customer service, strong verbal skills, and familiarity with CRM and Tableau. A high school diploma is required, and you’ll work in a structured environment with performance tracking.
