**The Role**

The Revenue and Reservations Manager will play an important role in the day-to-day operations of Thompson and tommie Austin. This position is responsible for providing best-in-class service for both group and transient guests, while ensuring that the Thompson and tommie Austin is capturing and converting for maximum occupancy and revenue performance, implementing revenue management system and standards and practices to control room inventories and rates – to successfully increase the Hotel’s overall revenues and maximize profitability.

This position will manage the daily reservation processes and operations including but not limited to, room inventory and availability, group rooming lists and blocks, cut-off dates and restrictions, selling guest rooms, policy, and procedures for reservations, and being the central contact to ensure optimal performance across all reservation channels included but not limited to Central Reservation...
