Returns & repairs manager

Decofurn is looking for an experienced Returns & Repairs Manager to lead our reverse logistics operation within a fast-paced retail warehouse environment.

This is a hands‑on leadership role responsible for managing the complete returns lifecycle—from customer returns and product inspections through to repairs, exchanges, restocking, B-Stock management and disposal. The successful candidate will drive operational efficiency, inventory accuracy and continuous process improvement while leading a high‑performing team.

Key Responsibilities Manage the Returns & Repairs department and team. Oversee the end‑to‑end reverse logistics process. Ensure accurate inventory control of returned stock.
