Noon requires highly observant Returns Processing Associates to manage the reverse logistics flow, inspect returned customer products, and ensure all items meet strict quality standards before being placed back on the virtual website shelves.

Daily Warehouse Tasks

• Sort incoming return bags rapidly into different operational zones such as electronics, fashion, and damaged goods.
• Check the serial numbers printed on the returned laptop boxes to verify that the customer did not send back a fake product.
• Wipe smudges and fingerprints completely off returned cosmetic bottles or sunglasses before repacking them into new cardboard boxes.
• Place severely broken or damaged items safely into the designated liquidation bins for auction or recycling purposes.
