Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and file annual Form 5500 returns and all related schedules
- Conduct annual nondiscrimination testing including ADP/ACP, top-heavy, and coverage
- Interpret and apply ERISA, IRS, and DOL regulations to retirement plans
- Coordinate with plan sponsors, auditors, and consultants to resolve compliance issues
- Consult on plan designs
- Maintain accurate records of filings and compliance testing results
- Stay current with regulatory updates and communicate changes to the team
Requirements
- 3-7 years of experience in ERISA compliance, Non-Discrimination Testing, and Form 5500 preparation
- Experience with FT William software in both compliance and 5500 modules
- Experience with PensionPro or other pension related platforms
- In-depth understanding of IRS and DOL regulations related to qualified plans
