Retirement Operations AVP

The US Retirement Operations AVP is a senior leader accountable for the strategic direction, transformation agenda, and end‑to‑end service delivery of US Retirement Operations. This role requires strong executive presence and influence, with the ability to credibly challenge and partner with demanding business leaders while driving outcomes across a complex, global operating model.

Key Responsibilities

1) Executive Partnership & Domain Leadership

• Act as a senior business partner to business leaders, shaping strategy and ensuring service delivery outcomes align with business priorities.
• Represent Retirement Operations to firm leadership, BU heads, regulators, vendors, and external stakeholders with confidence and credibility.
• Build deep domain expertise in US Retirement products, trade lifecycle, and operating models to influence decisions and manage risk.
