Retirement Local Practice Leader
Locations: Washington DC or Baltimore MD
The Core Retirement Local Practice Leader (LPL) is viewed as the leader of the office for Core Retirement colleagues and in the local market. The LPL should display leadership and strong business judgment. The LPL reports directly to both the applicable Aon Market Leader and Regional Practice Leader (RPL) for Core Retirement through our helix reporting structure.
Market and revenue growth responsibilities include:
+ Profitably growing the Retirement business in the local market, including overseeing current client retention and growth
+ Overseeing acquisition of new clients and go-to-market activities in the local market, including deploying a broader retirement market plan (e.g., solutions, initiatives, targeting)
+ Increasing Aon, Wealth, and Retirement practice visibility and raising our profile in the local market
+ Connecting to other practices / sol...
