Retention & Upsell Architect (Remote)

DTC Vikings is looking for a Retention Specialist who will strategically manage the post-purchase experience across various DTC brands. This role is remote and focuses on retention strategies, upselling, subscriptions, and enhancing customer lifetime value through data-driven decisions.

The ideal candidate should have over three years of relevant experience, strong project management skills, and a solid understanding of Shopify functionalities to improve the customer journey.
