• Partner with management to execute effective operational plans
• Train and onboard new sales associates

• Handle customer service matters proactively
Requirements:
• 1+ years experience in retail, luxury experience a plus
• Strong leadership skills among peers
• Proficient in POS management and reporting
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Availability for varied shifts, including weekends
