Retail System Operations Supervisor / Specialist

Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive Retail System Operations Supervisor / Specialist to support the operational execution of retail systems and ensure smooth day-to-day system functionality. The ideal candidate will play a key role in store system support, issue resolution, process compliance, and operational optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Support the go-live preparation and daily operation of retail systems by verifying account setups, permissions, products, pricing, and inventory. Provide training and on-site support to store managers, clerks, franchisees, and support teams during system implementation. Monitor execution of key business processes, including procurement, distribution,
inventory management, sales, and reconciliation.
