The Role

As a deployed Retail Supervisor, you will lead and manage a retail team and operations for six months overseas, enhancing the morale and welfare of all deployed troops. Responsibilities include enforcing health, hygiene, safety and security standards; preparing cash audits and reconciling deposits; authorizing refunds, voids and returns; managing keys, safe combinations and access codes; ensuring merchandise distribution and adequate stock levels; conducting effective monthly inventory; managing contracts and understanding the store’s financial statements, inventory management and supply chain; implementing loss prevention controls; and supporting recreational activities and events ...
