Experience and Skills:
- Deliver exceptional customer service through effective product demonstrations and by overseeing daily staff operations.
- Schedule, assign, and monitor employee tasks to ensure optimal performance and productivity.
- Ensure the efficient and smooth operation of the store.
- Maintain accurate bank balances and perform daily cash-up procedures.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Professionally address and resolve customer queries and concerns, both in-store and telephonically.
