Retail Store Manager (HOUZE+ / HOUZE / Table Matters)

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Retail Store Manager to lead our retail operations for HOUZE+ , HOUZE , and Table Matters stores. As part of the Matters Brand Ecosystem, you’ll play a key role in bringing our vision — “where everything in your home matters” — to life through exceptional in-store experiences.

This role requires strong leadership, operational excellence, and a passion for design, lifestyle, and customer engagement. You will manage daily store operations, team performance, sales targets, visual merchandising, and customer satisfaction.
