Retail Store Manager (HOUZE+ / HOUZE / Table Matters)

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Retail Store Manager to lead our retail operations for HOUZE+, HOUZE, and Table Matters stores. As part of the Matters Brand Ecosystem, you'll play a key role in bringing our vision – where everything in your home matters – to life through exceptional in-store experiences.

• Store Operations & Performance

  Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth store functioning and compliance with company SOPs. Drive sales performance to meet and exceed monthly revenue targets. Monitor inventory levels, stock transfers, and product displays to ensure optimal availability and visual appeal. Implement and uphold operational excellence across POS systems, cash handling, and store maintenance.
