- Oversee daily opening/closing, cleanliness, safety, and operational standards within the store.
- Manage stock levels, oversee receiving of stock, replenishment of stock on sales floor and managing stock losses
- Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise staff; create and foster a productive, positive work environment.
- Ensure the stores presentation is in line with and according to company visual standards.
- Resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction by meeting and exceeding the expectations of our customers.
