Retail Store Leader - Drive Growth & Customer Experience

The Foschini Group (TFG) is seeking an experienced store leader in South Africa to drive turnover, manage staff, and implement merchandising standards. You will lead recruitment, development, and performance management while ensuring customer satisfaction and high service levels across in-store operations.

Ideal candidates have Matric and at least 3 years of retail experience, including 1 year of store leadership. Designated group preference applies under EI Act.
