About the Role
Responsible for driving retail sales of house wires through dealer and distributor networks in assigned territory of Delhi / NCR.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers, electricians, and distributors to generate sales.
- Promote house wire products and ensure product availability in the market.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as per business plan.
- Identify new retail outlets and expand distribution reach in the assigned area.
- Handle product queries, pricing negotiations, and order follow-ups.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to improve sales performance.
Qualifications: MBA with 8–12 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in electrical, wires or cables.
