Retail Sales Associate

Job Summary: A Senior Sales Associate is responsible for cash, credit, and e-wallet sales, including banking transactions. They ensure compliance with cashiering processes and report sales discrepancies. They also conduct store operations reports, inventory, and reporting of defective store equipment.

Responsibilities

• Enhances sales through effective and creative use of salesmanship techniques
• Responsible for cash, credit and e-wallet sales handling in the store; immediately reports sales discrepancies to SH
• Ensure compliance with cashiering processes and procedures
• Responsible for banking transactions such as credit card verification and cash sales deposits in the absence of a store head
• Submits daily store operations reports (sales, inventory and other qualitative reports) as needed
