Retail Sales assistant

Key Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner. Provide product information and recommend suitable products. Process sales transactions accurately. Handle customer queries and resolve complaints effectively. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets. Requirements: Grade 12 (Matric) certificate. Previous retail experience is advantageous but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
