Retail Sales Advisor cum Showroom Receptionist

The Retail Sales Advisor cum Showroom Receptionist is responsible for delivering professional customer service while supporting the daily operation of the showroom. The role includes retail sales, customer reception, sales administration, order coordination, and basic administrative support.

• Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom.
• Introduce and recommend mattresses, pillows and related sleep products.
• Handle customer enquiries via showroom, telephone, WhatsApp, email and other approved communication channels.
• Prepare quotations, sales orders and maintain customer records.
• Coordinate delivery arrangements with authorised third‑party logistics providers.
• Follow up on customer enquiries and provide after‑sales support.
