Retail Operations Executive

This position requires you to interface with customers and internal team. You will be working with a great team with good team work. • Serve customers with pride and care at Bakery & Cafe setting. One weekend is necessary.
• Embrace operational efficiency, productivity improvement and promote sales.
• Promoting the products and presenting value add information (e.g allergy, dietary requirements).
• Deliver service excellence.
• Develop and monitor housekeeping and hygiene standards.
