As the Retail Operations Coordinator, you will support the key operational initiatives and programs across Chanel Canada boutiques.

You will work cross‑functionally with boutique teams, retail management, and corporate partners.

Retail Operations & Change Leadership

• Collaborate with boutique teams to identify operational improvements.
• Support change management activities, including stakeholder engagement, communication, and training to maximize adoption of new processes, tools, or standards.
• Act as a liaison between boutiques and head offices, ensuring local needs are addressed and best practices are shared.
