Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to Operation Department
- Process and manage sales orders, invoices, and other related documents.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales transactions and inventory levels.
- Assist with data entry and reporting, including generating sales reports and analyzing sales data.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Support the team with any ad-hoc tasks or projects as needed.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for data processing and reporting.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
