Responsibilities Retail Operation
- Assist retail operation manager to oversee all boutiques day-to-day operation and resolve operational issues.
- Coordinate with all boutiques and other internal departments to ensure procedures are in line with headquarters/current guidelines.
- Work closely with all boutiques and ensure that new implementations are properly executed.
- Follow up with all external suppliers/service providers to ensure that jobs (if any) are properly executed in the boutique.
- Maintain POS displays (visual merchandising) and general outlook of the POS to the brand's standards.
- Request for POS material from local brand team or headquarters as and when required.
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to the retail operation manager such as gathering market feedback, checking boutique rostering, etc.
