Edikted is seeking a Director of Learning & Development to build a best-in-class function across North America, aligning learning with business performance and leadership growth. The role partners with Retail Leadership to elevate store teams and drive corporate learning initiatives.

The candidate will design modern blended learning, develop leadership programs, and measure impact with KPIs, while traveling to stores across North America.
