As a Retail Education Graduate Trainee you will play an essential role in the development and of retail education strategies for Fragrances & Skin Care and Makeup categories. This 12month contract will provide you with valuable experience in training competitive analysis and event activations within the beauty industry. You will collaborate with the education teams to improve training effectiveness monitor retail performance and support beauty advisors across the region.
