Retail Banking Operations Officer - Back Office Cards Operations

D L Resources is hiring a (Back-End / Back-Office) Bank Operations Officer to support the Card Operations function of a client Bank.

The successful candidate will be responsible for processing card-related customer requests accurately and within agreed service-level timelines. This position is suitable for candidates with experience or interest in banking operations, card operations, financial services administration, transaction processing, customer fulfilment, or back-office operations .

• Process a wide range of customer requests relating to card services, card payments, account maintenance, and customer fulfilment, including card issuance, activation, replacement, cancellation, payment processing, billing-related requests, GIRO and recurring payment instructions, card account updates, transaction enquiries, fee-related requests, and other card servicing activities.
